| Description: | Vestcom is the industry's leading provider of shelf edge pricing labels, shelf strips, promotional signage and marketing solutions to major retail corporations. We are currently looking for an energetic, team-oriented Client Processing Assistant at our Little Rock Headquarters.
The Client Processing Assistant is responsible for receiving files; verifying formats of data; preprocessing files; proofing output and generating miscellaneous reports. This position is primarily a weekend position |
| Duties: | • Verify data received or not received based on customer inquiries.
• Review data repository to verify we have all data required in its correct format to have a successful weekend run.
• Use data tools to split data received into multiple files for multiple different processes.
• Review program generated files to make sure they’re in correct formats and verify all data fields are populated correctly.
• Notify team members via email, based on expected project data to be received, what project data was received, what wasn’t received and what couldn’t be run because of missing or incorrectly formatted ingredients.
• Notify Data Center that their part of the process is ready to begin.
• Communicate possible issues to developer(s)/creative services team.
• Proofing output in PDF format to standardized project output guidelines, i.e. QA & QC.
• Run miscellaneous reports and distribute to interested parties. |
| Qualifications: | • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
• Driven, self-motivated
• Adept with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
