| Duties: | Qualified candidate must be:
• Professional, detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively
• Adept with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Hard working, cooperative and enthusiastic
• Willing to travel up to 50%. Regular travel between facilities is required.
• Be available to respond to work or employee issues 24/7. Must be available to work flexible hours (weekends and nights).

• Experience with all aspects of employee relations and safety programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Worker's compensation and risk management
• OSHA compliance for general industry

| Qualifications: | LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to learn, read, analyze, and interpret internal business plans and documents
• Ability to respond to concerns from the Vestcom management team and associates across all facilities
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years experience in a Human Resource related position
• At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment and strong safety programs/compliance experience
• Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• PHR/SPHR preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification a plus |
